How It Began

Rivyaa started the way most beautiful things do — quietly, with love. Our founder was looking for a truly personalised gift for someone special and couldn't find anything that felt right — everything was either mass-produced, overpriced, or just not personal enough.

So she made it herself. That one handmade piece, gifted with all the love in the world, started something that couldn't be stopped.

The Name

Rivyaa — derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "one who is radiant, shining, full of grace." We chose it because we believe every person who receives a Rivyaa creation deserves to feel exactly that — radiant and special.

Growing with Love

What started as a hobby in a small room grew into something much bigger — fuelled by customer love, word-of-mouth, and the joy of watching people's faces light up when they receive something truly made for them.

Today, Rivyaa ships across India and has touched thousands of homes, hearts, and memories. Every order — big or small — is still packed with the same care as that very first piece.

How It Works

Order Timelines

• Custom / Personalised Orders: 3–5 business days to prepare
• Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Tracking Link: Shared via WhatsApp once dispatched

Return Window

You can raise a return request within 5 to 7 days of receiving your order. Please raise your request via WhatsApp at +91 62394 46372 with your order details and photos.

Eligible Reasons for Return

• 🔴 Product arrived damaged or broken
• 🔴 Wrong item sent
• 🔴 Significant defect in manufacturing
• 🔴 Product does not match the description
• 🔴 Personalisation was done incorrectly by us

Not Eligible for Return

• Customised / personalised products where the personalisation was provided correctly
• Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
• Damage caused by the customer after delivery
• Change of mind after order is placed

How to Raise a Return

Refunds

Approved returns are processed as store credit or replacement. Direct bank refunds are available for damaged/wrong items only, processed within 7–10 business days.

By placing an order with Rivyaa, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments

• All custom and personalised orders require full payment in advance
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund

Customisation

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate customisation details (names, spellings, dates, photos)
• Rivyaa is not liable for errors in personalisation caused by incorrect customer input
• Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, changes may not be possible
• Please double-check all details before confirming your order

Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are 8–12 business days for custom orders
• Rivyaa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address provided by the customer
• We ship via trusted courier partners across India

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 5–7 days for eligible items (see Return Policy)
• Personalised/custom products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect on our part
• Order cancellation after production has started is not possible

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the Rivyaa website and social media are the intellectual property of Rivyaa and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rivyaa's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products.
